I am accepting clients
I am a multiracial therapist with Syrian roots, the daughter of an immigrant, born and raised in California. As a member of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, I bring both personal and clinical understanding of how identity, culture, and lived experience shape mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, sexual identity, spirituality, shame, and grief. I work with couples in long-term relationships, marriages, and consensually non-traditional relationship structures.
I center my work around women’s empowerment where I encourage women to cultivate a more compassionate, attuned relationship with the body. This includes addressing body image distress, reducing shame, and fostering body neutrality and peace through a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Feminist Theory, and client-centered therapy to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where all parts of your experiences are welcome. Together, we will work to build insight, deepen self-compassion, and support meaningful, lasting change.
If you are ready to begin or would like to learn more, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
