Therapist accepting clients

Lindsay is a holistic, relational psychotherapist providing virtual therapy to teens, adults, and couples throughout California. She brings over a decade of experience in social services and health care, supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges.

Lindsay holds a BA in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Integral Counseling Psychology. She has extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses, neurodivergent clients, and caregivers of neurodivergent children. She welcomes clients of all identities and backgrounds into her practice.

Her primary areas of clinical work include anxiety, depression, healing from trauma, grief & loss, and moving through life transitions. Lindsay integrates somatic approaches to support nervous-system regulation, help clients improve their relationships with themselves, and explore identities such as gender, sexuality, race, and culture, tailoring her approach to each client’s needs.

Lindsay’s style is warm, collaborative, and individualized. With a trauma-informed lens, she supports therapeutic work unfolding at a pace that feels safe and grounded for each client.
