I am accepting clients
Lindsay is a holistic, relational psychotherapist providing virtual therapy to teens and adults throughout California. She brings over a decade of experience in social services and health care, supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges.
Lindsay holds a BA in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Integral Counseling Psychology. She has extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses, neurodivergent clients, and caregivers of children with ADHD or who are on the autism spectrum. She welcomes clients of all identities and backgrounds into her practice.
Her clinical specialties include grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, intergenerational healing, and major life transitions. Lindsay integrates somatic approaches to support nervous-system regulation, parts work to deepen connection with the self, and exploration of identities such as gender, sexuality, race, and culture, tailoring her approach to each client’s needs.
Lindsay’s style is warm, collaborative, and individualized. With a trauma-informed lens, she supports therapeutic work unfolding at a pace that feels safe and grounded for each client.
