I am accepting clients
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or the impact of trauma, I’m here to support you with compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for your lived experiences. I believe that well-being and life satisfaction are universal desires we all share, and achieving them often requires us to grow, heal, and improve our ways of being.
Healing is a deeply personal journey, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from communities of color, queer and immigrant communities, and neurodivergent people.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in working with trauma survivors and those navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
Using evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based techniques, I help clients process past experiences, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of self. As a Black immigrant man, I understand the complexities of navigating identity, cultural expectations, and the stigma that can surround mental health, especially in communities of color. My mission is to help normalize these conversations and create a welcoming space where you can explore your emotions, experiences, and challenges without fear or judgment.
Through an integrative and holistic approach—drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and culture-affirming therapies—I aim to provide a space where you can deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Whether you are looking for support, insight, or change, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will create an empathetic, safe, and affirming space where you can develop the tools to strengthen your connection with yourself and others—ultimately leading to an authentic, fulfilling life that aligns with who you truly are.
