Adults

I help people reconnect to their own needs and desires when they feel helpless, overwhelmed, or lost in their relationships—both at home and at work. You may feel like your needs don’t matter, or might not even remember how to know what you need.

If you feel lonelier when your partner is around than when you’re alone, let’s talk.

If you feel sick to your stomach on Sunday evenings because you dread going to work on Monday, let’s talk.

I believe in your inherent resilience and capacity for tremendous change. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, tap into your body's wisdom, and find a way forward. You may feel lost, but I believe in your inherent strength and resilience, and I believe in your capacity for tremendous change. You can do this, and you do not have to do it alone.

Teens

I love to work with teens and adolescents, particularly those just beginning to navigate the complex world of high school. (In fact, I spent a year as an on-site therapist in a high school!) From meeting academic expectations to fulfilling extracurricular responsibilities, from navigating the social scene at school to surviving the one online, teens are under a lot of stress even under the best of circumstances. (And often, life doesn’t grant the best of circumstances.)

I take a strengths-based approach with teens to build their confidence now while laying the groundwork for safe, secure relationships in the future. I work at their pace to build trust and honor their innate resilience.

Couples

Couples come to therapy for a variety of reasons. I help them master the art of being vulnerable with one another by building a foundation of safe, connected, and embodied communication.

Groups

The Aftermath of Job Loss - a support group for Californians who have been laid off by a tech company

Tapestry - An interpersonal therapy group for folks working in tech who identify as women, non-binary, or non-cis-men (and all of the intersectional identities they hold)
